RLConsultant and Director of Legal Projects at the International Bar Association [IBA], Sara Carnegie examined “Gender equality at the top: is the global legal profession doing enough?” in a recent IBA global showcase panel.

The session explored:

-the purpose of the IBA
-‘50/50 by 2030’ Global Gender project
-the root-causes of the lack of gender parity at the most senior levels of the legal profession
-asked the question- “do diversity initiatives have any impact?”
